Brzeszcze Municipality The Municipal Council of Brzeszcze, through Resolution No. XXXIII/331/13 dated October 1, 2013, decided to lease part of the former Jawischowitz subcamp site, a branch of KL Auschwitz-Birkenau, to the Foundation of Memory Sites Near Auschwitz-Birkenau for a period of 25 years. The Foundation expresses its gratitude to the Municipal Council, its Chairman, and the Mayor of Brzeszcze for their decision to cooperate with our Foundation and for their trust.
Fondazione Memoria della Deportazione A.N.E.D. Representatives of the Italian organization Fondazione Memoria della Deportazione A.N.E.D., Mr. Tiziano Lanzini and Mr. Stefano Gamberi, made a donation to our Foundation. This donation marks the beginning of our project related to the purchase of bicycles for our Foundation. We encourage all interested parties to support this initiative and contribute to the acquisition of additional bicycles, which we plan to mark with the donors’ logos. The Board extends its thanks to Mr. Lanzini and Mr. Gamberi for their trust and support of our project.
